Origami Workshops
Sundays, June 7 to June 28, 1 pm to 3 pm (4 weeks)

Come to learn the wonderful art of Origami from the experts! Oriland creators, Yuri and Katrin Shumakov will teach you step-by-step on how to fold amazing origami models, all original designs by the Shumakovs. At the end of each workshop, everyone will have in their possession delightful origami designs, made by their own hands – from simple models like a heart and butterfly to more advanced decorative paper sphere, flowers and even cute paper kittens!

Some experience is origami will be helpful, but not essential. Paper supplied at no extra charge.

Oribana Workshops
Sundays, June 7 to June 28, 3 pm to 5 pm (4 weeks)

This series of workshops will introduce you to ORIBANA - a fascinating combination of two remarkable arts - Origami and Ikebana! Come to learn how to make paper flowers and vases and arrange them into compositions from the very creators of Oribana, Katrin and Yuri Shumakov! They will present their original Oribana-arrangements, teaching every detail - flowers, stalks, leaves, vases and then uniting them into the entire compositions. So, at the end of each workshop, everyone will have a beautiful Oribana arrangement, made by their own hands.

Some experience is origami will be helpful, but not essential. Paper supplied at no extra charge.

Payment is required upon registration for all workshops to guarantee a space. In case of low enrollment, Oriland Authors reserve the right to cancel programs and a full refund will be forthcoming.
